Fully receiving can be one of the hardest things a person can do. In The Art of Sacred Touch, we release the barriers around receiving and truly practice the art of active receiving through loving communication, so we can be present and in a state of surrendered bliss.

Whether you're giving or receiving, being able to create, maintain, direct and dissolve energy is essential to cultivate a rich, full and glorious experience.

Creating a Ritualistic Container
Containment is essential to creating safety for a fully surrendered experience, whether it's for pleasure or healing, and is one of the most important things we'll learn over the weekend. Consciously composing an intentional ritual supports the powerful journey. We'll learn the core components and flavour our rituals with our unique blends of magic.

Hi there, I'm Casey
Your guide
I live and breathe, to feel - to sense things through my body. As a hands-on practioner with over a decade of experience, I love introducing people to parts of themselves they forgot existed. I am honoured to help release stored tension, emotion and trauma, which allows folks to orient their sensations to new heights of pleasure, and I would love to show you how to both give and receive those experiences.
I'm an extensively trained bodyworker, a natural dakini, a huge anatomy nerd and an engaged teacher. I am delighted to spend a playful, yet intentional weekend creating magic with our hands and bodies.

Do I need a partner?
Yes, you need a partner in order to participate in this workshop. If you don't have one, please reach out to Casey before registering. She will do her best to connect solo participants who wish to join the experience. Let her know your intention, expectations, as well as gender preferences if you have them.
What should I bring?
Bring the following items with you:
- water bottle and coffee/tea container with a lid
- bath towel or sarong, hand towel/face cloth
- blanket
- any massage oils you desire (we'll supply coconut oil)
- journal/notebook and pen
- snacks
Do I need to be naked or see others naked?
You can keep all your clothes on, but you may see others naked. If seeing others naked is outside your boundaries, this workshop is not for you. While this is a massage workshop, I encourage people to dress to their level of comfort when receiving. Sheets are also provided if you wish to disrobe but remain covered. Givers are asked to remain clothed while giving.
Will there be genital touch taught or practiced in The Art of Sacred Touch workshop?
No. Genital touch will not be covered in this weekend workshop. If you're interested in learning these techniques, please reach out to Casey for an Erotic Embodiment Session.
