Creator of The Art of Intimate Communication.

I’ve always been fascinated by the ways we communicate—how it can either bring us closer or create distance. Over the years, I’ve distilled the most powerful tools I’ve discovered into this course, all aimed at helping you break through barriers and connect on a deeper level. I’m known for cutting straight to the core of things, helping you see clearly and speak truthfully. But don’t worry, we’ll have a lot of fun in the process! I bring a sense of humor, warmth, and playfulness into every session because I believe that personal growth doesn’t have to be all serious—it can be joyful and fun, too.

Whether you’re looking to improve your communication in relationships, with friends, or even with yourself, I’m here to guide you. Together, we’ll work through practical, hands-on exercises that will challenge and inspire you, all while building a supportive community where we can practice and learn together. Let’s laugh, learn, and communicate more deeply than ever before!

Who is The Art of Intimate Communication for?

This workshop is for anyone looking to deepen their connection with others and improve their communication skills. Whether you’re single, dating, in a committed relationship, or married, it provides valuable insights and tools to strengthen emotional bonds and foster intimacy. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to enhance how they relate to partners, friends, family, and even themselves.

I can't make every call. Will they be recorded?

Yes, the coaching calls will be recorded and available to watch until the integration call in January. Due to the intimate nature of the conversations, I will remove them once everyone has had a chance to watch.

All the other videos are available going forward.

What do I miss out on if I don't come in person?

While attending in person offers unique, hands-on experiences, the virtual workshop is designed to be just as engaging and transformative. We create breakout rooms for real-time practice, allowing you to connect deeply with others and apply the skills in a supportive environment. You'll still benefit from interactive exercises and group dynamics, with the convenience of joining from anywhere. We ensure you receive personalized feedback and guidance to make this experience accessible, immersive, and impactful—no matter where you are.

Is it for singles or couples?

Yes! And constellations in open-relationships as well. While intimate relationships are the focus in this course, the concepts can be applied to all types of relationships and communication. You can use it at work, with your kids, your parents and your friends.

Integrating these concepts into an already existing relationship is valuable, and going into a relationship with these skills finely honed can prevent conflicts before you even start having them.

I love it when there's a nice blend of people in relationships and single folk at Embodiment Weekends. The lessons that come from one side to the other, in both directions are incredible. If you're flying solo and feel shy, the people attracted to this type of work are so warm and welcoming. Your nerves will settle quickly.
