The way I see it - when it comes to being joyful in our relationships, we have two problems: not knowing what we want and not having the faintest idea how to ask for it. In the AoIC, you'll learn how to enliven your pleasure body to tap into what feels good for you, then we play with how to ask, propose and request with clarity and precision.

I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to have a deep practice of active listening, and also to be listened to! If you're feeling like there's arguments abound, it's probably because someone isn't feeling seen, heard or appreciated. This section, might be the most valuable aspect of the whole program, and not only for avoiding conflict but for getting a deeper connection to another's heart, and vice verse.

Conflict has a way of catching up with you, no matter how much you try to avoid it. Gain confidence and move from your heart with magical approaches to difficult conversations. Whether it's sharing tough news, making a difficult request or opening your heart and speaking your truth, learn seamless ways to communicate and take the weight of avoidance off your shoulders.

A big aspect of tuning into communication is looking at where we could use improvement and how powerful our energies can be to support a situation or make it worse. Stepping into this container means you’re willing to take a look at our actions, inactions, reactions and the impact they have on our relationships. It’s only then that we can move forward with more love, compassion and power.

You are an animal and you are energy. Learn tried and true techniques to anchor and align your energy to feel grounded and congruent in order to communicate with clarity and precision. Own and harness your inner animal and alchemize your strong emotions to re-wire your nervous system out of fight, flight or freeze and into a space of expansion, creativity and collaboration.
