What to Expect

A cozy welcoming experience from start to finish.

Arrival & Welcome Circle – Settle in, get comfortable, and meet fellow Snuggle Social guests. We’ll start with a lighthearted, grounding introduction to help everyone ease into the experience.

Consent-Based Cuddling – All touch is optional and based on enthusiastic consent. We’ll provide gentle guidance on how to ask for cuddles, respect boundaries, and create a space of trust and comfort.

Relax & Unwind – Sink into the warmth of soft blankets, soothing music, and the gentle power of connection. Whether you prefer a quiet cuddle or just being present in the cozy atmosphere, this is your space to enjoy.

Enjoy Nourishing Snacks – Sip warm tea and enjoy a selection of light, healthy snacks to complete the cozy experience.

Is there a carpooling option?

Yes! We encourage carpooling to make it easier for everyone to attend and to reduce travel costs. If you need a ride or can offer one, send us an email or DM Casey on Instagram, and we’ll connect you with others in our carpooling WhatsApp group.

What should I bring?

Bringing a few personal comfort items can make your experience even cozier. Here’s what we recommend:

Your favorite snuggle companion – If there’s anything specific you like to cuddle with—a pillow, blanket, or stuffed animal—feel free to bring it along.
A water bottle – Staying hydrated is always a good idea, and having your own bottle ensures you have water whenever you need it.
Comfy clothing – Soft, loose, and cozy is the way to go. Think sweatpants, pajamas, or yoga wear.
An open heart & mind – Whether this is your first time or you’re a seasoned snuggler, arriving with a relaxed and open mindset makes for the best experience.

Optional: If you have any specific self-care items that help you feel at ease (like a weighted blanket, a lavender sachet, or a stress ball), bring them along!

Is this event platonic?

Yes! Snuggle Social is a fully platonic event where all touch is based on enthusiastic consent. It’s designed to provide a safe and supportive environment where guests can experience the benefits of comforting, non-romantic human connection. There is no expectation for physical touch—some guests come simply to be in a cozy atmosphere with others.

I can't make it for the start. Can I still come?

Because the opening circle and agreements are essential to creating a safe, connected space for everyone, we cannot accommodate late arrivals.

Once the container is set and the agreements are in place, the doors will close to maintain the integrity of the space.

If you’re unsure about your ability to arrive on time, we recommend joining us at a future event where you can fully participate from the beginning.

Thanks for understanding—and for honoring the care we put into creating these spaces.

What should I wear?

Comfort is key. We recommend wearing soft, cozy clothes like sweatpants, yoga pants, or pajamas. Avoid clothing with zippers, buttons, or anything uncomfortable for lounging. Since shoes are not worn inside the cuddle space, you may want to bring warm socks or indoor slippers.

What if I feel uncomfortable?

Your comfort is our priority. If at any time you feel uneasy, you are encouraged to take a break, step away, or sit out. There is no obligation to participate in any activity, and you can choose how involved you want to be. We also provide multiple options to help you feel at ease, including quiet spaces and check-ins from facilitators.

What kind of snacks are provided?

We offer a selection of light, healthy snacks that complement a cozy atmosphere. This typically includes fresh fruit, nuts, crackers, and herbal teas. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
